This 90 min session is required for all new Yoga Therapy clients before booking their first private session. Upon booking your consultation, you will be emailed an Intake Form to be filled out before the consultation. All sessions are via zoom. Clients will be emailed a link to each session upon booking.

One hour basic one on one yoga session. These 1 hour sessions are for individuals who are new to yoga and would like to gain knowledge and build a practice in a safe, comfortable setting, or for those who would like to advance their current practice. This is not a Yoga Therapy Session. One hour sessions will be held via zoom. Clients will receive a link to their session upon booking.

All levels welcome. This class incorporates slow movements, breath work, asana and work with props such as blankets, blocks, foam rollers and tennis balls.
This will be a vinyasa flow class. Asanas will be given with several modification options. Each class will include an opening meditation/breath work, asana sequence linked with breath and a final savasana or relaxation.
This 45 minute express class offers a full body workout in less than an hour. Barre is a toning, body-weight workout. It targets muscles that you wouldn't normally target. With high and low impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine- tune their muscles. For your at home barre class, you will need a sturdy chair or wall, a set of light hand weights(i use water bottles) and a yoga mat or soft surface.
