This 90 min session is required for all new Yoga Therapy clients before booking their first private session. Upon booking your consultation, you will be emailed an Intake Form to be filled out before the consultation. All sessions are via zoom. Clients will be emailed a link to each session upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of appointment time to receive a refund. Emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
